This bubbly blend of tequila and the bold black currant flavor of Bardenay® Cassis Liqueur, lime juice and soda water will tingle your tastebuds in no time.

Serves 1

Prep Time: 3 mins

Ingredients:

• Fresh sage

• 1.5 ounces Silver Tequila (Espolòn® Blanco recommended)

• 0.5 ounce Bardenay Cassis Liqueur

• 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice

• 1 ounce simple syrup

• 2-4 ounces soda water

Instructions:

1. Muddle 5 fresh sage leaves in a cocktail shaker with spirits.

2. Add all other ingredients to the shaker with cubed ice.

3. Shake and pour contents into a double old fashioned glass.

4. Top with soda water and garnish with fresh sage.
