A refreshing rum base layered with the intricacy of Averna®.

Prep Time: 3 mins

Ingredients:

• 1 ounce Bardenay® Rum

• 1 ounce Averna (or favorite amaro)

• 0.5 ounce lemon juice

• 0.5 ounce simple syrup

• 0.75 ounce pineapple juice

• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with cubed ice.

2. Shake until frothy and strain over a large ice cube into a single old fashioned glass rimmed with salt.
