This beautiful and bubbly blueberry cocktail will please your palette with its sweet and sour profile.

Serves 1

Prep Time: 3 mins

Ingredients:

• 0.5 ounce Bardenay® Gin

• 0.5 ounce Bardenay Blueberry Liqueur

• 2-4 ounces champagne

• Fresh squeezed lemon juice (optional)

• 1 Lemon twist

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients, except the champagne and lemon twist, to a mixing glass.

2. Gently stir and pour into a flute glass.

3. Top with Champagne and freshly squeezed lemon juice (optional).

4. Garnish with a lemon twist
