Prep Time: 3 mins

Ingredients:

• 1.5 ounces Bardenay Gin

• 0.75 ounce Bardenay Banana Liqueur

• 0.75 ounce Aperol®

• Grapefruit peel

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients, except the grapefruit peel, to a single old fashioned glass over a large ice cube.

2. Gently stir.

3. Garnish with an expressed grapefruit peel.
